Mom and Baby Pound Fit (babies 5  to 18 months)

Time: 11 am

Date: March 12 to April 30

Fitness Level: moderate-impact/beginner friendly

Duration/spots: 30-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/10 spot class

Mandatory: car seat, 2 yoga mats, a bottle of water, sneakers.

Kindly Note: all participants are welcome to come with or without their babies.

Women’s Pound Fitness

Time: 6 pm

Date: February 14 to April 4

Fitness Level: low-impact/beginners

Duration/spots: 45-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/12 spot class.

Kindly Note: Must bring a yoga mat or a sheet. all classes proceed with a minimum of 10 women registered.

Women’s Bollywood Dance Fitness

Time: 7 pm

Date: February 14 to April 4

Fitness Level: low-impact/beginners

Duration/spots: 45-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/12 spot class

Mom and Baby Latin Dance Fit  (babies 5 to 24 months)

Time: 11:30 am  to 12:30 pm 

Date: September 10 to November 5 (No Class on October 8)

Fitness Level: low-impact/beginners

Duration/spots: 45-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/10 spot class

Mandatory: carrier or car seat, a bottle of water, sneakers.

No Class on Easter Monday (April 2)

Mandatory: a Yoga Mat for you, and a car seat or mat for your baby to sit/play on.
