2019 Winter to Spring Schedule


Monday

Thursday

Pound Fitness Program for Women/Mom and Babies

Time: 10:15 am

Date: March 18 to April 29 (6-week)

No class on March 11 and April 22 for Easter

Duration/spots: 30-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/10 spot class

Fitness Level: moderate-impact/beginner friendly

Mandatory: car seat, 2 yoga mats, a bottle of water, sneakers. please bring toys to keep babies engaged. All participants are welcome to come with or without their babies. If you have a baby/child that is not in this age range and would like to bring them to class, do let me know.

Note: All classes proceed with a minimum of 8 women registered.

Barre Ballet Fitness Program for Women/Mom and Babies

Time: 11:15 am

Date:  March 18 to May 13 (8-weeks)

No class on March 11 and April 22 for Easter.

Fitness Level: moderate-impact/beginner friendly

Duration/spots: 45-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/10 spot class

Mandatory: a bottle of water, and sneakers. please bring toys to keep babies engaged. All participants are welcome to come with or without their babies. If you have a baby/child that is not in this age range and would like to bring them to class, do let me know.

Women’s Bollywood Dance Fitness Program

Time: 6 pm

Date: April 11 to May 30

Fitness Level: low-impact/beginners

Duration/spots: 45-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/12 spot class

Time: 11:30 am  to 12:30 pm
