Spring Schedule - March 12, 2018 to May 7, 2018
Mom and Baby Pound Rockout Workout (babies 4 to 24 months)
Time: 12: 30 pm
Fitness Level: Moderate impact and beginner-friendly
Duration/spots: 45-min/6 spot class
No Class on Easter Monday (April 2)
Mandatory: Car Seat, a Yoga Mat for you, and a towel or mat for your baby to sit/play on. Toys and baby drums for your little ones are highly encouraged. For safety reasons, this center does not allow strollers outside of the rooms. Please leave it in your car or lock it to the bike racks outside of the center. A carrier or car seat may be the best way to bring your baby to class. New beginners that are late are not allowed in as they have missed introductions and registration.
Girl's World Dance Fit (Ages 8 to 12-yrs old)
Time: 4:00 pm to 4: 45 pm
Level: beginner-friendly (low impact)
Duration/spots: 35-min/6 spot class
NOTE: This class will go forward in March for 8-weeks with 6 girls on a wait list and registered.
Mandatory: . Comfortable sneakers and a water bottle. Guardians must submit a waiver and PARQ form in their first class to confirm their child is cleared for exercise. Parents can wait outside of the center or in the hall. New beginners that are late are not allowed in as they have missed introductions and registration.
