Women’s Fitness Classes
Women’s / Adult Bollywood Dance Fitness Program
Our Women's and Adult Bollywood Dance Fitness program is a dance workout that combines easy-to-follow dance movements, functional exercises, and beautiful rhythms spanning from South Asia to the Middle East. No dance experience is required. This is a low to moderate-impact class to accommodate all fitness levels and ages. This is a community-based program that runs 3 times per year across 2 locations.
Latin Dance Fitness For Women & Girls
Referred to as Zumba (R) Fitness, the easy-to-follow dance workout incorporates both Latin and international music and movements to create a fun and effective workout. Move to the beautiful and infectious rhythms spanning from Latin America to South Asia. No dance experience is required.
This is a low to moderate-impact workout to accommodate women of all fitness levels and ages. We always welcome teenage girls to join us!
Socacize (Caribbean Dance Fitness) For Women & Girls
This is a moderate to high-impact dance workout combining Caribbean dance, high-impact function exercises, and energetic rhythms. This class is great for adults and teens. This online program is 8 weeks long and offered 3 times per year. Because our instructors have experience working with children and some are certified kid's fitness coaches, this program is fantastic for moms and daughters and girls ages 10 and up.
Belly Dance Fitness Program For Women & Teen Girls
This dance fitness program combines easy-to-follow dance cardio routines and dance choreography learning section with beautiful Middle Eastern and Drum Solos. Classes will help to strengthen your belly (core), hips, and upper body muscles. No dance experience is needed. This program will be offered online and in-person.
Women’s Pound Fitness (no longer offered)
Pound combines easy-to-follow cardio moves, resistance training, and drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat-burning zone.
Women’s Dance Classes & Workshops (Ages 19 +)
Women’s Bollywood Dance Choreography 70s to Now
Our online Zoom dance program combines popular songs and dance movements from iconic Bollywood movies spanning as far back as the 70s'. Classes encourage artistic development, self-expression, and creativity through the physical arts. No dance experience is required and each class offers new choreography. This program is 12 weeks long and runs 3 times per year. Because our instructors have experience working with children and some are certified kid's fitness coaches, this program is fantastic for moms and daughters and girls ages 10 and up.
Halloween and Valentine’s Dance Workshops
Our dance Events take place 2 times per year to celebrate Halloween (mysticism and magic) and Valentine’s (love). Events are always beginner friendly and encourage artistic development, self-expression and creativity through the physical arts. Events are typically 2.5 to 3 hours long, teach 2 dances and run on weekend afternoons.

Mom and Baby Fitness Classes (5 months to 12 months)
Latin Dance Fitness For Moms and Babies
As described above, has been adapted to create a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout. Research has shown that a mom's participation in physical activities and sports increases their children's participation later on. Creating a class that combines both groups is critical to starting babies off on the right foot.
To participate, all you need to do is bring your baby in a car seat or stroller, bring a carrier if you want to workout with your little one, a bottle of water and wear a comfortable pair of dance or cross training shoes.
Kindly Note: all participants are welcome to come with or without their babies.
Pound Fitness for Moms and Babies
As described above, has been adapted to create a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout. Research has shown that a mom's participation in physical activities and sports increases their children's participation later on. Creating a class that combines both groups is critical to starting babies off on the right foot.
To participate, all you need to do is bring your baby in a car seat or stroller, bring 2 yoga mats or towels and a bottle of water and wear a comfortable pair of sneakers.
