Thursdays

Adult Bollywood Dance Fitness Program (Fall)

Time & Duration: 8 PM (50-MIN)

Fall Dates: September 18 to December 4 (12 weeks)

Room: Teiagon Room (2nd floor)

Facilitators: TBD

Level & Spots: co-ed/beginners / low to moderate intensity /12 spots

Requirements to run: 8 registered full-time

Fee: $250 for 12-weeks ($50 savings) or $25 per class

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly. Please bring a water bottle and towel and wear comfortable clothes and comfortable sneakers meant for lateral motion. A complex protein post-workout snack is suggested.

Fridays

Kid’s Yoga Flow Program (Ages 6-11)

Time & Duration: TBD (45-MIN)

Fall dates: September 26 to November 7 - off Oct. 31 (6 weeks)

Facilitator: TBD

Ages, Level & Spots: 6 to 11/ beginner level / 8 spot class

Requirements to run: 6 registered full-time

Fee: $115 for 6 weeks ($35 savings) OR $25 per class

Must bring: A yoga mat, a water bottle, puffers and medications, and come dressed comfortably. A complex protein post-workout snack is suggested.

IMPORTANT: BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR CHILD, SUMERA WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A TELEPHONE CALL TO SEE IF WE CAN SUPPORT YOUR CHILD’S NEEDS. some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly.

Beginners Hula (Hawaii) & Ori Tahiti Dance Class for Women & Girls 12+

Time & Duration: 7:30 PM (50-MIN)

Fall dates: Coming in August

Ages, Level & Spots: women & girls ages 12 yrs+ / beginner level / 20 spot class

Requirements to run: 6 registered full-time

What to bring: a water bottle, wear shoes meant for lateral motion, and dress comfortably. A scarf to wrap around your waist is optional
