Thursdays

Adult Bollywood Dance Fitness Program (winter)

Time & Duration: 8 PM

Winter Dates: January 16 to April 3 (12 weeks) - 50 MIN

Spring Dates: April 10 to May 29 (8 weeks) - 75-MIN

Room: Teiagon Room (2nd floor)

Facilitators: Deepak and Sumera

Level & Spots: co-ed/beginners / low to moderate intensity /12 spots

Requirements to run: 8 registered full-time

Fee: $230 for 12-weeks or $25 per class / $180 for 8-weeks / $30 per class

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly. Please bring a water bottle and towel and wear comfortable clothes and comfortable sneakers meant for lateral motion. A complex protein post-workout snack is suggested.

Fridays

Kid’s Yoga Program (Ages 6 to 11)

Time & Duration: 4:30 PM (45-MIN)

Winter dates: April 4 to May 2 (4 weeks) - off Good Friday, April 18

New Facilitator: Anurag

Ages, Level & Spots: 6 to 11/ beginner level / 8 spot class

Requirements to run: 5 kids registered full-time

Fee: $75 for 4 weeks ($25 savings) OR $25 per class

Must bring: A yoga mat or a sheet, a water bottle, puffers/medications, come dressed comfortably

IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOU REGISTER YOUR CHILD, SUMERA WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A CHAT FIRST. some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly. Adult Yoga Flow & Strength For Beginners

Time & Duration: 7 PM (50-MIN)

Spring dates: April 11 to May 23 (6 weeks) - off Good Friday, April 18

Level & Spots: co-ed/beginner-level/moderate intensity /12 spots

Requirements to run: 5 registered full-time

Fee: $120 weeks ($30 savings) / $25 per class

Must bring: A yoga mat, a water bottle, and come dressed comfortably
