Monday

Thursday

Pound Fitness/Pound Rockout Workout Program for Women/Mom and Babies

Time: 11 am

Date: March 4 to April 29

No class on April 1 for Easter.

Fitness Level: moderate-impact/beginner friendly

Duration/spots: 30-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/10 spot class

Mandatory: car seat, 2 yoga mats, a bottle of water, sneakers. please bring toys to keep babies engaged.

All participants are welcome to come with or without their babies. Welcoming babies 5 to 24 months.

Note: All classes proceed with a minimum of 10 women registered.

Barre Workout for Women/Mom and Babies

Time: 12 pm

Date:  March 4 to April 29

Time: 7 pm
