Mondays

Kid’s Yoga Animal Safari Program

Time & Duration: 4:05 PM (45-MIN)

Winter dates: January 20 to March 3 (6 weeks) - off Family Day Feb. 17

Facilitators: TBD

Ages, Level & Spots: Ages 6 to 11/ beginner level/ 8 spot class

Requirements to run: 5 registered full-time

Fee: $110 for 6 weeks ($28 savings)

Must bring: A yoga mat or a sheet, a water bottle, and come dressed comfortably

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly. Please bring a water bottle, towel, any medications, and wear comfortable clothes. A complex protein post-workout snack is suggested.

Thursdays

Adult Bollywood Dance Fitness Program (Fall)

Time & Duration: 8 PM (50-MIN)

Fall Dates: September 12 to December 5 (12 weeks) - off Halloween Oct. 31

Winter Dates: January 16 to April 3 (12 weeks)

Room: Teiagon Room (2nd floor)

Facilitators: Sumera and Prachi

Level & Spots: co-ed/beginners /low to moderate intensity /12 spots

Requirements to run: 8 registered full-time

Fee: $230 for 12-weeks ($46 savings) OR $23 per class

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly. Please bring a water bottle and towel and wear comfortable clothes and comfortable sneakers meant for lateral motion. A complex protein post-workout snack is suggested.
