Winter/Spring Schedule - February 5, 2018 to May 7, 2018


Mondays

Mom and Baby Pound Rockout Workout (babies 5  to 24 months)

Time: 12:15 pm 

Fitness Level: Moderate impact and beginner-friendly

Duration/spots: 45-min/6 spot class

CLASSES ON FAMILY DAY AND EASTER MONDAY :)!

Mandatory: Car Seat, a Yoga Mat for you, and a towel for your baby to sit/play on. Toys and baby drums for your little ones are highly encouraged. For safety reasons, this center does not allow strollers outside of the rooms. Please leave it in your car or outside. A carrier or car seat may be the best way to bring your baby to class. New beginners that are late are not allowed in as they have missed introductions and registration.

Fitness Level: beginners (low impact)

Duration/spots: 35-min/10 spot class

NOTE:  This class will go forward in March with 6 girls on a wait list and registered.
