2020 Winter Schedule - Starting January 16


Mondays

Mom & Baby - Latin Dance Fitness & Circuit Fun

Time & Duration: 11:00 am (45-min)

Session: March 2 to June 8 (12-weeks)

No Class on: March 16 (march break), April 13 (Easter), May 18 (Victoria Day)

Fitness Level/Spots: low to moderate-impact/beginner-friendly/10 spots

Must bring: a car seat or carrier, 1 yoga mats or towel, a bottle of water, sneakers. All participants are welcome to come with or without their babies. Strollers must be left outside of this center.

This program proceeds with a minimum of 6 women registered by January 31. A full refund is issued in form of payment provided at the end of the month if the minimum requirement is not met.

Thursdays

Women’s Bollywood Dance Fitness Program

Time & Duration: 6 PM (NEW TIME)

Session: January 16 to April 2 (12-weeks)

Level & Spots: beginners/moderate impact/12 spot class

This program proceeds with a minimum of 8 women registered by December 15. A full refund is issued in form of payment provided at the end of the month if the minimum requirement is not met.

 

2019 Fall Schedule - Starting September 9


Mondays

Mom & Baby Pound Fit or Barre Fit (babies 4  to 18 months)

Time & Duration: 11:00 am (45-min)

Fitness Level/Spots: moderate-impact/beginner friendly/10 spot

Must bring: car seat, 2 yoga mats or towels, a bottle of water, sneakers. All participants are welcome to come with or without their babies. If you have a baby/child that is not in this age range and would like to bring them to class, do let me know. Strollers must be left outside of this center.

This program proceeds with a minimum of 6 women registered by August 1. A full refund is issued in form of payment provided at the end of the month if the minimum requirement is not met.
