Winter/Spring Schedule - February 5, 2018 to May 7, 2018


Mondays

Mom and Baby Pound Rockout Workout (babies 6 months to 2 yrs)

Time: 2:15 pm 

Fitness Level: beginners (moderate impact)

Duration/spots: 45-min/6 spot class

Mandatory: Car Seat, a Yoga Mat for you, and a towel for your baby to sit/lay on. Toys and baby drums are highly encouraged. For safety reasons, this center does not allow strollers outside of the rooms. Please leave it in your car or outside. A carrier may be the way to bring your baby to class.

NOTE: We start at  2:15 pm sharp. New beginners that are late are not allowed in as they have missed introductions and registration.

Girl's World Dance Fit (Ages 9 to 13-yrs old)

Time:  4:05 pm to 4: 45 pm 

Fitness Level: beginners (low to moderate impact)

Duration/spots: 35-min/10 spot class

Class will begin latest at 4:05 pm/end 4:45 pm.

NOTE: We start at  4:05 pm sharp. New beginners that are late are not allowed in as they have missed introductions and registration.
