Thursday

Women’s Bollywood Dance Fitness Program

Time & Duration: 7 pm (45-min)

Date:  June 13 to August 1 (8-week)

Fitness Level/Spots: beginners/low-impact/ 12 spot

Kindly Note: This program will proceed with a minimum of 6 women registered by May 15, 2019. A full refund is issued in form of payment provided at the end of the month if the minimum requirement is not met.

Pound Fitness Program for Women/Mom and Babies

Session: March 18 to April 29 (6-week)

No class on April 22 for Easter

Time & Duration: 10:15 am (30-min)

Fitness Level/Spots: moderate-impact/beginner friendly/10 spot

Mandatory: car seat, 2 yoga mats, a bottle of water, sneakers. All participants are welcome to come with or without their babies. If you have a baby/child that is not in this age range and would like to bring them to class, do let me know. Strollers must be left outside of this center.

Women’s Bollywood Dance Fitness Program

Monday Classes

Mom and Baby Pound Fit             (babies 5  to 24 months)

Time: 10: 30 am to 11:15 am

Date: September 10 to November 5 (No Class on October 8)

Fitness Level: moderate-impact/beginner friendly

Duration/spots: 30-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/10 spot class

Mandatory: car seat, 2 yoga mats, a bottle of water, sneakers.

Mom and Baby Latin Dance Fit  (babies 5 to 24 months)

Time: 11:30 am  to 12:30 pm 

Date: September 10 to November 5 (No Class on October 8)

Fitness Level: low-impact/beginners

Duration/spots: 45-min of exercise and 15 minutes of after class bonding/10 spot class

Mandatory: carrier or car seat, a bottle of water, sneakers.
