Turn Your Dream Into Reality

The COVID-19 pandemic-related restrictions in Toronto forced hundreds of small businesses and organizations that had once offered a variety of indoor fitness, dance, and physical activities, to shut down or reduce their capacity for almost 2 years. With over 10 years of experience delivering dance exercise and fitness programs across Toronto, I am happy to take one step forward and start helping those of you who do not have the right skills or staff to start or grow your programming.

About Me In A Nutshell

My name is Sumera and I enjoy moving and grooving and getting others moving and grooving as well. As the owner of Fusion Cardio Toronto, I have more than 10 years of experience organizing up to 20 dance and fitness community programs a year (both online and in-person), planning an annual free youth dance and safety event across 5 communities, and experience in recruiting, training, and managing instructors and facilitators. Since 2016, I have designed and delivered free recreational programs for health centers, newcomer and refugee organizations, and women’s and kid’s organizations. Additionally, I have worked at both high-end and community-level charities where I was responsible for fundraising and donor communication, direct mail and e-marketing, and corporate sponsorships and community events. I have also had the privilege of sitting on two sports and physical activity committees. To read more about me, please click here.
