Requirements to run: 8 registered full-time
Fee: $155 for 8 weeks ($45 savings) OR $25 per class
IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly. Please bring a water bottle and towel and wear comfortable clothes and sneakers meant for lateral motion. A complex protein post-workout snack is suggested.
