Hawaiian & Tahitian Dance Fitness Program for Women & Girls (Fall)

Time: 6:15 PM EST (50-MIN)

Tentative Fall Dates: October 6 to November 10 (6-weeks) - off Oct. 13

Facilitator: Cheryl

Level & Spots: beginner level/low to moderate intensity/ up to 15 spots

Fee: $100 for 6 weeks ($20 savings) OR $20 per class

Requirements to run: 5 registered full-time

What you need: any scarf to wear around your hips (optional), indoor sneakers or a mat if you’re barefoot

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly.

Adult Yoga Flow For Beginners (Fall)

Time: 6 PM EST (50-MIN)

Tentative Fall Dates: September 16 to November 11 (8-weeks) - off September 30

Facilitator: Anurag

Level & Spots: beginner level /low to moderate intensity/ up to 15 spots

Fee: $125 for 8 weeks ($35 savings) OR $20 per class

Requirements to run: 5 registered full-time

What you need: a Yoga mat or carpet, indoor sneakers are optional

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly.

Classical Indian Dance Fusion Program (Fall)

Time: 7:10 PM EST (50-MIN)

Tentative Fall Dates: September 30 to November 18 (8-weeks)

Level & Spots: all levels/low to moderate intensity/ up to 15 spots

Fee: $125 for 8-weeks ($35 savings) OR $20 per class

Requirements to run: 5 registered full-time

What you need: indoor sneakers or a mat if you’re barefoot
