Level & Spots: beginner level / low to moderate intensity / 15 spots
Fee: $135 for 8 weeks ($25 savings) OR $20 a class
Requirements to run: 6 registered full-time
What you need: any scarf to wear around your hips (optional), indoor sneakers or a mat if you’re barefoot
