2025 Spring and Fall Schedule

Mondays


Adult Yoga Flow & Strength For Beginners (Spring)

Time: 6 PM EST (50-MIN)

Spring Time & Dates: March 10 to May 19

Facilitator: Anurag

Level & Spots: beginner level /low to moderate intensity/ up to 15 spots

Fee: $70 for 4 weeks ($15 savings) OR $20 per class

Requirements to run: 4 registered full-time

What you need: a Yoga mat or carpet, a pillow or padding for your knees, and a chair or table nearby for balancing exercises. We want to reduce injuries, and slip and falls. Indoor sneakers are great as well.

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly.

Hawaiian & Tahitian Dance Fitness Program for Women & Girls (Fall)

Time: 6 PM EST (50-MIN)

Tentative Fall Dates: October 6 to November 10 (6-weeks)

Facilitator: Cheryl

Level & Spots: beginner level/low to moderate intensity/ up to 15 spots

Fee: $100 for 6 weeks ($20 savings) OR $20 per class

Requirements to run: 5 registered full-time

What you need: any scarf to wear around your hips (optional), indoor sneakers or a mat if you’re barefoot

Tentative Fall Dates: September 16 to November 11 (8-weeks) - off September 30

Level & Spots: beginner level /low to moderate intensity/ up to 15 spots

Fee: $125 for 8 weeks ($35 savings) OR $20 per class

Requirements to run: 5 registered full-time

What you need: a Yoga mat or carpet, indoor sneakers are optional
