Hawaiian & Tahitian (Hula) Dance Fitness Program for Women & Girls

Winter Day & Time: Mondays at 7 PM EST (50-MIN) January 12 to March 9 (8 weeks) Off. Feb. 16

Fall Day & Time: Coming June

Facilitator: Cheryl

Level & Spots: beginner level / low to moderate impact / 15 spots

Fee: $135 for 8 weeks ($25 savings) OR $20 a class

Requirements to run: 6 registered full-time

What you need: any scarf to wear around your hips (optional), indoor sneakers or a mat if you’re barefoot

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly.

Adult Beginners Yoga Flow Program

Time: 6 PM EST (50-MIN)

Spring Dates: March 2 to April 13 (6 weeks) - off Easter Monday, April 6

Facilitator: TBD

Level & Spots: beginner-level / low to moderate-intensity / 15 spots

Fee: $95 for 6 weeks ($25 savings) OR $20 a class

Requirements to run: 4 registered full-time

What you need: a Yoga mat or carpet, indoor sneakers are optional

IMPORTANT NOTE: some dates may be rescheduled last minute at the instructor's request and the program will be extended accordingly.

Adult Bollywood Dance Choreography 70s’ to Now

Time: 7:30 PM EST (50-MIN)

Winter Dates: January 13 to March 3 (8 weeks)

Spring Dates: March 16 to April 27 (6 weeks) - off Easter April 6

Facilitator: Dhruvi and sub-instructors

Level & Spots: all levels / low to moderate impact / 15 spots

Fee: $130 for 8 weeks ($30 savings) / $95 for 6 weeks ($25 savings) OR $20 a class

Requirements to run: 4 registered full-time

What you need: indoor sneakers or a mat if you’re barefoot
