3 Reasons To Take Wedding Dance Lessons

Ann and Rod's First Wedding Dance in Toronto

3 Reasons To Take Wedding Dance Lessons

By: S. Quadri, Fusion Cardio Toronto

Ann and Rod approached me last year for wedding dance lessons. Like many of the couples and bridal parties who've come to me, they were super busy with work and their kids, prior engagements, and of course wedding planning. But in the midst of everything going on in their lives, something magical sort of happened once they got on the floor. And I see it a lot. Smiles and laughs started happening a lot; hearts started beating faster (cardio's involved here!) and their funny personalities shined through so beautifully. I wouldn't have known how funny the pair were together based on our first telephone chat.

Based on my experiences with couples like Ann and Rod, taking a wedding dance lesson before your event is not only a great way to learn some cool steps but is a great way to, one, relieve some stress, two, get in a good workout and burn off some calories, and thirdly, take on a fun and new experience that will allow you to bond positively with your partner/bridal party.

To have a blast while learning a routine for your guests, drop me a line at the bottom of the Wedding and Events page.  To find out what they've had to say about me, click here.

To take a lesson, all you need to do is wear a comfortable pair of shoes, show up, and try!
