If you’re new to us, we’ve been running seasonal Yoga classes since 2020.

I felt it was time to create a playlist of songs that our members can enjoy at home - I like playing this list while I cook and clean ;).

Our little playlist includes class songs from Ceejay, Alejandra, and my classes. Expect a mixture of Indian flute and drums, Caribbean-tropical rhythms, beach and ocean waves, and instrumentals to popular songs from Harry Styles to Disney.
