We’re taking our favorite kid’s fitness program outdoors to give kids the chance to have fun moving while learning Fundamental Movement Skills (outlined by the Coaching Association of Canada) through fitness drills, circuits, games, and music!
The pandemic has been tough on kids. We think it’s time to start having fun again and in a way that is safer in our new covid-19 world.
Due to the last-minute recreational closures in Toronto, we will run a short 4-week pilot program.
