Mom and Baby Pound Fit classes are returning to Runnymede United Center for the Spring.
Pound Fit combines resistance-training, cardio, and drumming to get the heart rate up to a fat burning zone. The best part about this class is that you get to do it alongside your baby and other moms in Toronto. All classes are small, friendly, and can be taken on a drop-in basis or for the entire session.
