Mom and Baby Classes

These classes provide a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout. Research has shown that a mom's participation in physical activities and sports increases their children's participation later on. Creating a class that combines both groups is critical to starting babies off on the right foot.
