Thanks to Judy and Elora Arts Center for the Art’s Artful Ageing Program in Guelph, I get to get adults moving, connecting, and crafting together in the day!
The Artful Ageing program is designed to engage older adults (55+) by fostering creativity, social connection, and mental wellness through accessible, beginner-friendly art workshops.
Each 2-hour workshop is $15 and includes tea and bonding time.
