The Arts Etobicoke’s Senior’s Dance and Movement program returns this January.

I will be facilitating the first half of the winter term - my classes combine energetic and tropical Latin dance movements and rhythms, functional exercises, and brain health games and activities.

There will be various artists supporting this program throughout the year.
