If you've never tried our Online Caribbean Dance Fitness program, you'll get to in-person this Spring at our High Park space! We’re bringing the Carnival vibes of Trinidad and Tobago to our community through a high-energy workout that feels more like a party than a gym session.
This is a moderate-impact dance workout session that blends Caribbean dance movements, rhythms, and fitness - expect Soca, Reggae, Afrobeat, Latin, and Chutney music.
Participants are always encouraged to go at their own pace. No dance experience needed - grab comfortable sneakers, a RAG or towel, and a water bottle!
About the Instructor: While this program was led by Ceejay for 3 years, I can't wait to introduce you to Denise (in the picture above). Like Ceejay, she was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago and is a Socacize Fitness instructor. As a registered Nurse, she is a very caring, energetic, and safe instructor who has been instructing at my annual Youth Dance and Street Safety series since 2024.
