NEW Bollywood Fitness on Fridays at Swansea Town Hall


This winter, we’ve got Bollywood twice a week at Swansea Town Hall!

This is a low to moderate intensity dance workout that combines easy-to-follow dance cardio routines, body weight exercises, dance learning, and a Yoga-inspired cool down to high energy rhythms spanning from South Asia to the Middle East.

This is an adult program with a majority of the participants being over age 40 +

This is NOT a formal dance class and is beginner and drop-in friendly.
