Hello members,
This Fall is the first time that I was asked to offer an adult Yoga program and I couldn’t be happier to hop on board!
As someone who does regular strength training, I strongly believe in combining slow Yoga poses (bodyweight movements) into my workouts and all of our classes to improve my strength and mobility and to aid with weight loss and gut health.
This beginner-level class will combine 2 sections: Vinyasa (Yoga flow) and strength training (select poses will be held for longer periods) to build strength and improve mobility and balance.
