Mom and Baby Latin Dance Fitness

This Latin Dance Fitness class, as described above, has been adapted to create a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout. Research has shown that a mom's participation in physical activities and sports increases their children's participation later on. Creating a class that combines both groups is critical to starting babies off on the right foot.

To participate, all you need to do is show up with your baby in a car seat or stroller, bring a bottle of water and wear a comfortable pair of dance or cross training shoes. No dance experience is required. This is a low impact workout to accommodate women of all fitness levels and those wearing carriers. Check your carrier to find out the maximum weight it can hold (typically 7 lbs to 40 lbs)
