Women’s Classes (Ages 19 to 55 yrs)

Latin Dance Fitness 

Referred to as Zumba (R) Fitness, the easy-to-follow dance workout incorporates both Latin and international music and movements to create a fun and effective workout. Move to the beautiful and infectious rhythms spanning from Latin America all the way to South Asia. No dance experience required. This is a low to moderate impact workout to accommodate women of all fitness levels and ages.

Pound Fitness (Drum workout)

Pound combines easy-to-follow cardio moves, resistance-training, and drumming. The combo works the entire body and raises the heart to a fat burning zone.  The workout's routines which include standing, sitting, and laying down routines, are paired to some of the hottest Rock, HipHop, and Trap remixed songs. Lightly weighted drum sticks (ripstix) are provided in class. This is a moderate impact workout and is beginner-friendly. Bring a yoga mat or towel and you’re ready to rock.

Bollywood Dance Fitness

An exhilarating dance workout that pairs easy to follow exercises and Bollywood-inspired movements with rhythms from South Asia and the Middle East right here in Toronto city. No dance experience required. This is a low to moderate impact workout to accommodate women of all fitness levels and ages.

Latin Dance Fitness For Moms and Babies

As described above, has been adapted to create a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout. Research has shown that a mom's participation in physical activities and sports increases their children's participation later on. Creating a class that combines both groups is critical to starting babies off on the right foot. 

To participate, all you need to do is bring your baby in a car seat or stroller, bring a carrier if you want to workout with your little one, a bottle of water and wear a comfortable pair of dance or cross training shoes.

Kindly Note: all participants are welcome to come with or without their babies.

Pound Fitness for Moms and Babies

As described above, has been adapted to create a fun and safe environment for moms to bond with their babies and other Toronto moms while getting in a workout. To participate, all you need to do is bring your baby in a car seat or stroller, bring 2 yoga mats or towels and a bottle of water and wear a comfortable pair of sneakers.

Barre Ballet Fitness for Moms and Babies

As described, classes combine chairs in lieu of the Barre so women can have their babies near them laying on a mat or in a car seat. No tutus or ballet slippers for this program.

To participate, all you need to do is bring your baby in a car seat or stroller, bring a yoga mats or towel and a bottle of water and wear a comfortable pair of sneakers.

Barre Ballet Fitness


Barre is becoming more and more popular because if its ability to provide adults that have always wanted to learn ballet as a child with the opportunity to do so at any age. Barre programs combines easy to follow ballet dance movements, pilates, and strength training. Through our program, you’ll perform movements at a slower pace to help burn fat effectively while toning your body’s appearance, improving flexibility and posture, and helping to strengthen your muscles which will help to reduce injuries. Classes combine chairs and resistance bands. No dance experience required. This is a moderate impact physical activity and is beginner-friendly.  Please come dressed to workout. no tutus or ballet slippers :).  

This class is adapted for women with no dance experience and for those experiencing chronic health conditions.

HipHop Dance Workout

This is a dance-based exercise class that combines HipHop dance moves and Hip Hop songs from across the world. Participants are exposed to popular rhythms including Reggaeton (Latin HipHop), Caribbean  (Soca and Reggae) and American HipHop rhythms all while getting in a workout. No dance experience required.  This is a moderate impact physical activity and is beginner-friendly.
